Your Skype Credit balance is displayed in Skype, just under your Skype Name.

To open your account when you’re signed in to Skype, click the area where your Skype Credit balance is displayed, or from the menu bar, select File > Show Account.

You can also sign in to your account.

To see your purchase history, in your account at the top right click Show purchase history. All of your purchased items are listed.
