Your Skype Credit balance is displayed in Skype, on the Call phones button.
You can view your purchase history in your account. To open your account, click the Call phones button and then click View account.
Alternatively, you can open your account from the menu bar by selecting Skype > Account… or simply sign in to your account on your internet browser.
To see a list of your purchase history, click Show purchase history at the top-right of your account.
To view the invoices for individual orders, simply click an order number. Here you will find the following details:
- Purchased by – who made the order (this will be your Skype Name)
- Transaction date – the date and time the order was made
- Payment method – what was used to make the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Skype Credit, etc.)
- Status – displays whether the order has been delivered
- Items included in this order – what products were purchased as part of this order
If you would like a printed copy* of the invoice, click Download this as a printable invoice. This will save the invoice in PDF format, which you can open and print.
The invoices are fully compliant VAT invoice, issued by Skype Communications S.A. of Luxembourg.
*Purchases made using Skype Credit, and certain Online Number purchases, can be viewed in your purchase history but cannot be printed as an invoice.
