The volume control is on the Call Quality Information panel.

To adjust your speaker volume during a call:

1. In the conversation window, click the Call Quality Information button.
2. Select the Speaker tab.
3. Find the volume indicator and click and drag the slider to a desirable level.
   
   
    
4. When you’re done, in the upper right corner of the Call Quality Information panel, click Close.
